Upgradation of Jawaharlal Nehru India Uzbekistan Centre for IT


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Upgradation of Jawaharlal Nehru India Uzbekistan Centre for IT at Tashkent University of Information Technologies in Tashkent, Uzbekistan vide Agreement dated March 14, 2013 .

  • Project consists of :

  • ▪ Upgradation of IT infrastructure and supply of course material

    ▪ Accreditation of JNIUCIT as Authorized Training Centre (ATC) of CDAC

    ▪ Training of 10 Uzbek Trainers in India

    ▪ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts for Centre Coordination & Course Delivery

    ▪ Training through use of CDAC LMS & LCMS (e-Mentor)

    ▪ On-site warranty support

  • The Centre has two Training Labs, Classroom, Server cum UPS room, Director office, Staff room, Reading room, Counsellor room, Meeting Room, Reception & waiting area.

  • CEIT offered training on Java, Data Communication & Networking, Web Technology and Information Technology along with numerous workshops & seminars

  • Total 200 students and 682 Government Employees certified in different programs.




Centre of Excellence in HPC at HUST in Hanoi


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Centre of Excellence in HPC at Hanoi University of Science & Technology (HUST) in Hanoi, Vietnam vide Agreement dated May 29, 2012.

  • Project consists of :

  • ▪ Deployment of 16 Nodes PARAM Supercomputer

    ▪ System integration & testing, application porting, deployment of HPC application & system software

    ▪ Deputation of CDAC experts at HUST for local support

    ▪ Scientists Exchange program & workshops

    ▪ On-site warranty support

  • The Centre has 16 Nodes PARAM Supercomputer was delivered & installed along with HPC applications

  • The Centre of Excellence in High Performance Computing has been handed over to HUST, Hanoi Vietnam and is running successfully since its inception in Nov 2013.




Language Laboratory & E-resource Centre At Yangon & Nay Pyi Taw


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Language Laboratory & E-Resource Centre at Yangon & Nay Pyi Taw at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yangon & Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar vide Agreement dated May 31, 2013 .

  • Project consists of :

  • ▪ Procurement, Delivery, installation & commissioning of IT infrastructure & Sound Proofing of Language Lab & E-Resource Centre

    ▪ Training on the IT infrastructure & Language software’s under the project to the Myanmar officials

    ▪ On-site warranty support

  • The Centre has a language lab and an E-Resource Centre

  • Centre offered training on Foreign Language’s

  • Centre has benefited Myanmar Government officials in honing their foreign languages proficiency




India – Kyrgyzstan Telemedicine Network


  • MEA working with CDAC established India – Kyrgyzstan Telemedicine Network at Kyrgyzstan vide Sanction order dated May 21, 2015 .

  • Project consists of :

  • ▪ IT infrastructure, AV equipment & Medical Diagnostic Instruments at a Central & 6 remote Hospitals in Kyrgyzstan

    ▪ Deployment of CDAC’s Telemedicine Software (e-Sanjeevani) across the Network

    ▪ Training to Medical Professionals on the use of CDAC e-Sanjeevani TM software

    ▪ Project Management & Consultancy for the entire duration of project

    ▪ On-site warranty support

  • The IT infrastructure, AV equipment & Medical Diagnostic Instruments along with Deployment of CDAC’s Telemedicine Software (e-Sanjeevani) has been concluded on Jul 16, 2015

  • The project has benefited several patients, doctors & paramedical staff across Kyrgyzstan





Setting up of a sustainable IT Infrastructure for Advanced IT Training using Conventional, Virtual Classroom and e-Learning Technologies in Lao PDR


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Setting up of a sustainable IT Infrastructure for Advanced IT Training using Conventional, Virtual Classroom and e-Learning Technologies in Lao PDR at Institute of ICT at Vientiane, Lao PDR vide Agreement dated August 10, 2015 .

  • Project consists of :

  • ✓ State of the art ICT Centre in Lao PDR and a Resource Centre in India

    ✓ To impart training using CDAC’s e-Learning & Learning Management System (LMS) and development of e-content for the same

    ✓ Advanced IT Training in India for 10 Master Trainers from Lao PDR

    ✓ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts for 6 months to Lao PDR for center coordination & course delivery

    ✓ To accredit the ICT Centre in Lao PDR as Authorized Training Centre (ATC) of CDAC

  • The Centre has two Training Labs, Classroom, Server cum UPS room, Director office, Staff room, Reading room, Counsellor room, Meeting Room, Reception & waiting area

  • ✓ State of the art ICT Centre in Myanmar and a Resource Centre in India

    ✓ To impart training using CDAC’s e-Learning & Learning Management System (LMS) and development of e-content for the same

    ✓ Advanced IT Training in India for 10 Master Trainers from Myanmar

    ✓ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts for 6 months to Myanmar for center coordination & course delivery

    ✓ To accredit the ICT Centre in Myanmar as Authorized Training Centre (ATC) of CDAC

  • The Centre has two Training Labs, Classroom, Server cum UPS room, Director office, Staff room, Reading room, Counsellor room, Meeting Room, Reception & waiting area

  • As per the discussions with Myanmar side, CESDT Myanmar is proposed to start the courses in 1st half of 2022

  • ✓ State of the art ICT Centre in Vietnam and a Resource Centre in India

    ✓ To impart training using CDAC’s e-Learning & Learning Management System (LMS) and development of e-content for the same

    ✓ Advanced IT Training in India for 10 Master Trainers from Vietnam

    ✓ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts for 6 months to Vietnam for center coordination & course delivery

    ✓ To accredit the ICT Centre in Vietnam as Authorized Training Centre (ATC) of CDAC

  • As on date, the delivery & installation of IT Infrastructure at CESDT Vietnam is ongoing




Centre of Excellence in IT at Vanuatu


  • MEA working with CDAC established the India – Vanuatu Centre of Excellence in IT vide Agreement dated Nov 16, 2016.

  • Project consists of :

  • ✓ Creation of IT infrastructure (IT hardware/ software, computer peripherals, networking equipment, classroom equipment, video conferencing and UPS etc.)

    ✓ Course material & reference books for students undergoing training.

    ✓ Supply, installation & training on CDAC’s LILA, e-learning software and learning management system with required digital content.

    ✓ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts to Vanuatu for a period of 2 years each to assist in centre coordination & course delivery.

    ✓ Training of 6 participants from Vanuatu for a period of 6 months at ACTS CDAC in India on advance IT courses.

    ✓ CDAC’s certificate to the successful candidates passing out of CEIT in Vanuatu & ACTS CDAC in India.

    ✓ Exchange of experts between India & Vanuatu for training, e-learning & project management.

    ✓ Project management & consultancy

  • The Centre has two Training Labs, Classroom, Server cum UPS room, Director office, Staff room, Reading room, Counsellor room, Meeting Room, Reception & waiting area

  • As on date, a Task Force from VIT, OGCIO, VIPAM & DFAIC of Government of Vanuatu has been formed at Vanuatu side to monitor the project in order to complete the commitments from Vanuatu side




Upgradation of existing IT infrastructure and associated software at CARICOM Secretariat, Guyana


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Upgradation of existing IT infrastructure and associated software at CARICOM Secretariat, Guyana vide Agreement dated Sep 16, 2016 .

  • Project consists of :

  • ✓ Carrying out the procurement; supply & install the IT Hardware & Software at CARICOM Secretariat and provide specialized IT Training as per the proposal through public tendering in consultation with MEA.

    ✓ Ensure the availability of experts for delivery of training program in India & CARICOM Secretariat, Guyana.

    ✓ Design, develop, deliver, commission & support CDAC Web based Integrated Office Automation System for Enterprise Content Management, Web based Digital Content Management and Web based Contact Management

    ✓ Design, develop, deliver, commission & support CARICOM Portal including re-designing current website, develop & implement standards for CARICOM Portal and provide linkages to all CARICOM websites on the main portal

    ✓ Constitute a Project Management Team for the project and inform MEA thereof.

    ✓ Project Management & Consultancy for the entire duration of project

  • The IT Infrastructure, CDAC iOAS & Web Portal Development hand training has been undertaken at CARICOM Secretariat in Guyana and Offices in Barbados & Jamaica.

  • As on date, CARICOM Secretariat is utilizing the above in day-to-day functions




Setting up of NexGen Centre of Excellence in IT at Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Next Generation Centre of Excellence in IT at Al-Hussein Technical University, Amman, Jordan vide Agreement dated Dec 14, 2018.

  • Project consists of :

  • ✓ Creation of IT infrastructure (IT hardware/ software, computer peripherals, networking equipment, classroom equipment, video conferencing and UPS etc.)

    ✓ Course material & reference books for students undergoing training.

    ✓ Supply, installation & training on CDAC PARAM Shavak with required IT infrastructure

    ✓ CDAC’s certificate to the successful candidates passing out of the NexGen CoE IT in Jordan.

    ✓ Exchange of experts between India & Jordan for training, HPC & project management.

    ✓ Project management & consultancy

  • The Centre has two Training Labs, Classroom, Server cum UPS room, Director office, Staff room, Reading room, Counsellor room, Meeting Room, Reception & waiting area

  • The entire IT Infrastructure, CDAC PARAM Shavak and Courseware setup. 1st batch of Master Trainers are trained.

  • As on date, the deployment of CDAC Centre Management System & Examination Management System is in progress & discussions ongoing to initiate the training with Jordan side




Centre of Excellence in IT at Solomon Islands


  • MEA working with CDAC established the India – Solomon Islands Centre of Excellence in IT at Honiara at Solomon Islands National University at Honiara, Solomon Islands vide Agreement dated Aug 20, 2020.

  • Project consists of :

  • ✓ Creation of IT infrastructure (IT hardware/ software, computer peripherals, networking equipment, classroom equipment, video conferencing and UPS etc.)

    ✓ Course material & reference books for students undergoing training.

    ✓ Supply, installation & training on CDAC’s LILA, e-learning software and learning management system with required digital content.

    ✓ Deputation of 2 CDAC experts to Solomon Islands for a period of 2 years each to assist in centre coordination & course delivery

    ✓ Training of 6 participants from Solomon Islands for a period of 6 months at ACTS CDAC in India on advance IT courses.

    ✓ CDAC’s certificate to the successful candidates passing out of CEIT in Solomon Islands & ACTS CDAC in India.

    ✓ Exchange of experts between India & Solomon Islands for training, e-learning & project management.

  • As on date, discussions are ongoing with Solomon Islands side to setup the CEIT




Extension of India – Myanmar Centre of Excellence in ICT at Yangon as ATC of CDAC


  • MEA working with CDAC established the Extension of India-Myanmar Centre for Enhancement of IT Skills as Authorized Training Centre of C-DAC’ at University of Computer Studies in Yangon Myanmar vide Agreement dated March 2, 2021.

  • The 4th & current phase of the project would continue the accreditation to IMCEITS as ATC of CDAC for 3 more, monitoring of the courses by CDAC, On-line Faculty Development Program, Preparation & conduction of the examinations with IMCEITS, supply of necessary course material & reference books to 300 students in 3 years. Also, CDAC certificates would be awarded to students passing out of IMCEITS during the period of accreditation

  • A mix of Level A courses (580 hrs) and Level B Courses (320 hrs) would be offered to the students / Government Officials / Professionals in domains of Java, MS.Net, AI, Web Technology, Linux, Big Data Technologies, Big Data Analytics, Ethical Hacking & Information Security, Internet of Things etc.

  • As on date, the Courseware is under shipment and discussions are ongoing with IMCEITS to launch the courses
