RCF is a Government of India Undertaking engaged in manufacturing of Fertilizers and Chemicals.RCF has two operating units one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad District, Maharashtra. RCF produces 23 Lakh MT Urea, 6.5 Lakh MT Complex fertilizers and 1.6 Lakh MT of Industrial Chemicals every year. Apart from this, RCF also manufactures Bio-fertilizers, Micro- nutrients and 100 percent water soluble fertilizers. The 'Ujwala' (Urea) and 'Suphala' (NPK /NP) brands of the Company are well recognized throughout the country and enjoy a high brand equity. Apart from the own manufactured products, the Company is also engaged in marketing of imported fertilizer inputs like DAP, MOP and NPK fertilizers. RCF strongly believe in sharing its expertise with other constituents in the society. Its manpower has been most sought in commissioning of fertilizer plants of other organizations. RCF personnel have been instrumental in commissioning and maintenance of fertilizers plants at Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh. RCF provides capacity building support to various organizations in the chemical and fertilizer industry. Some of the organizations include Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, Matix, Fertilizer Association of India, Reliance, etc.As a prudent employer RCF extends comprehensive support to the farming community in terms of soil testing, agricultural related guidance, etc.Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of RCF has two full-fledged wings - a.) Corporate Management Development Centre - caters to the needs for imparting skills on Management Development. b.) Training Institute - caters to the needs of enriching technical expertise. c.) Faculty: The Company has a dedicated, professional and well experienced workforce with average experience of over twenty years. The company has fully air conditioned Conference Halls with audio visual equipments and flexible seating arrangements. For the participants the company has lodging and boarding facilities at its Guest House well equipped with self sufficient and air conditioned rooms with facilities such as Wi Fi Internet, LCD / LED TV, etc. Company owned full fledged hospital and sports complex are in the premises.
